Students must submit their ballot following the instructions below. REMEMBER: Once your ballot is submitted, you will be unable to change your choices. Take your time to make the right decision. All ballots must be submitted by 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday, September 3.

Review your choices carefully prior to submitting your ballot. Rank your choice of studios from 1 (1 being your top/first choice) to 9 (last choice). No instructor can be selected twice and your student number is automatically entered.
Submit the ballot after double checking you have selected your choices in the correct order by 12:00pm on Thursday, September 3.
Once you 'Submit' you will be unable to make any changes to your selection. This is not a first come, first served system so take the time you need to make an informed decision.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only submit the form once so please review your choices carefully before hitting the submit button.
Results of the Fall 2019 ballot will be available no later than Monday, September 9, 2019 and will be communicated via UTMail.
