The Daniels Faculty Travel Grant provides registered full-time Daniels Faculty students with a modest financial subsidy to cover a portion of the costs associated with optional travel related to Daniels program courses where students are travelling as a group/class. Please note that funding is not guaranteed, and grants are issued as a partial reimbursement toward travel costs after required receipts and documentation have been provided. Grants will be assigned based on the availability of funds.
If your proposed travel is for independent thesis research, you may apply for a travel award instead of a travel grant.
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Full-time Daniels students;
- Registered in Daniels courses during the time of travel;
- Travelling during the term as part of a course for which they are enrolled.
For all students travelling on University sanctioned activity, you must complete all safety abroad pre-departure requirements including checking travel advisories, completing safety abroad online workshops, securing travel health insurance and completing the safety abroad registry.
